WHAT: Miracle, who was left on March 23, 2012 in a severely emaciated state at a Broward Animal Care and Control facility, will be going to his forever home on Saturday, June 23, 2012. The dog, who weighed only 5 pounds at the time of his rescue by A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, is a happy, healthy 12 pounds and appears to have no long term effects from his neglect.
